Adopt ceramic anilox roller to transfer ink.
The discharging and receiving are controlled by magnetic powder brake and clutch (or optional Mitsubishi automatic tension controller).
Each printing unit adopts 360° circumferential register adjustment.
Each printing unit has a set of infrared drying device.
A group of die-cutting stations are provided at random to complete printing die-cutting at one time.
The ink roller can be disengaged automatically when stopped, and it runs at low speed to prevent the ink from drying out.
The main motor adopts imported frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
Paper feeding, printing, glazing, automatic infrared drying, film covering, die cutting and rewinding from the barrel material are completed at one time.
